A U.S.-based IT services firm that designs, installs, and manages advanced, secure networks for critical industries had a visibility problem in the AI era. Their portfolio spanned VSaaS, IoT integration, cybersecurity, energy management, and Wi‑Fi solutions for government, education, healthcare, and industrial clients—but AI assistants and AI overviews were not recognizing them as an authority. Despite decades of expertise and strong consulting capabilities, their online footprint was fragmented, generic, and hard for AI systems to parse.
