1. What is Powerhouse and how is it different from regular SEO?

Powerhouse is a customized solution that we offer. It is a one-time 30-45 day sprint to make your website SEO/GEO-ready. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) optimizes AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) with structured content and citations. SEO focuses on traditional rankings. GEO ensures your brand gets cited in LLM search queries. 

3. Are you based in the US or India?

While the parent company is headquartered in India, Saffron Edge is incorporated in New Jersey and all agreements and commercials are handled in the US. 5. What is ABM and how is it different from traditional email marketing?

Account Based Marketing (ABM) targets high-value accounts with personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email + LinkedIN + ads + direct touch). Traditional email is more like carpet bombing a mass list of prospects without personalized touchpoints. Our ABM solutions are integrated with GTM workflows that are tailormade to each client and their TAM.

6. Do you offer guarantees for results?

We do a detailed discovery where we like to establish customer’s current benchmarks (Traffic, keywords, CAC, Revenue, Average ticket size, etc.) and then establish SMART goals for the next few months. Our teams and establishment is not fully India based. We have teams across the globe in EU, US, Singapore and India to name a few countries. Our pricing is typically on the lower end for the services and results we drive when compared with the key players in the US.

10. What is your onboarding process and agreement terms?

We typically have a quick onboarding process that can help us initiate projects within 48 hours. The agreement terms are usually month to month with advanced 30days notice even if the plans typically cover annual growth projections and KPIs. We allocate dedicated account representatives along with teams for each  customer for regular cadences and manage projects on project management systems to avoid cluttering up emails and chats.
