The Client Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, planning and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring measurable business growth for clients. Main Responsibilities of a Client Marketing Manager
- Client Relationship Management: Develop impactful content for diverse platforms, conveying our brand's core message effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and long-term partnerships.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute customized, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives and KPIs.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across channels including digital, content, paid media, and social platforms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (design, content, SEO, paid media, automation) to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present actionable insights and reports to clients on a regular basis.
- Client Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through additional services, optimizations, and strategic recommendations.
- Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to add value to client strategies.
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content, social media, marketing automation).
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing and analytics tools.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
